Mr. Manzo is a seasoned development and construction executive with a diversity of experience spanning over 25-years. He has acquired significant construction experience working in and around New York City as a Construction Manager, General Contractor, Owners Representative, and Owner/Developer. His experience ranges from ground-up developments including Multi-Use, Commercial, Hotel/Retail, Institutional and Residential buildings as well as Government and Municipal Agency construction projects. Mr. Manzo is proficient in Core & Shell as well as Building Envelope and Exterior Restoration work.
